PokerStars issued a press release today updating their plans for the much-anticipated re-launch of Full Tilt Poker. The company is making good on its agreement with the U.S. DOJ and plans to reopen the first week of November 2012 with all players (outside if the U.S.) funds available. For residents of France, Spain, Denmark, Estonia, and Belgium players will “pair” their FTP & Stars accounts and use their Stars account to withdraw/ play. Details for Italian players are still being worked on. Players from the United States are still waiting for updates on repayment from the U.S. government. All other players around the world will have access to their funds to play/ withdraw once FTP opens in early November.
